Hello Everyone. Welcome to today’s LIFECLASS. Thank you for coming. I really appreciate your presence in class, every day. I welcome especially, all who are joining the class for the first time. Welcome. I am certain you would have a wonderful time in LIFECLASS. You can catch all previous episodes of LIFECLASS on www.davidadeniji.com.

Father, we thank you for this rare privilege, for unto us it is given the privilege to know the mysteries of the kingdom.

Today LIFECLASS, I want to show by God’s leading another dimension on our journey towards breaking our gush of Abundance. When something is settled, it means it is a done deal and a fished case, even if you haven’t seen it physically. Today’s LIFECLASS is titled: It is settled.

In matters of law, when a court makes a pronouncement, a judgment, concerning a case that has been going on for some time, when the sitting judge declares a side winner and issues his judgment or say, maybe that the losing side vacates his seat and pays a huge sum of money to the winning side, what you see immediately is vibrant jubilation, even though the judgment has not been implemented immediately. People begin to rejoice and dance and celebrate…just as if they have received the said goodness pronounced by the judge. At that point of judgment, it is already settled, even though, it is yet to be physically implemented.

One who doesn’t understand how things work in law would be surprised that the winner is jubilating as if he had taken delivery of whatever is pronounced by the sitting judge. That jubilation is happening simply because it is settled.

Hear what the Bible says in Psalms Chapter 67 verse 5 and 6:

5. Let the people praise thee, O God; Let all the people praise thee.

6. Then shall the earth yield her increase; And God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, And all the ends of the earth shall fear him

When your abundance is settled, the evidence of that is that you praise God for it. It shows that you have received a verdict concerning the matter. In verse 6 of that passage, what it means is that the earth will yield her increase and God will bless us only when the people praise him. Repeating this two times in the previous verse, verse 5 shows how important it is to praise God for the forthcoming increase. In other words, praising God is the cheapest pathway to receiving the promised increase. Then the earth shall yield her increase and God even our own God shall bless us. The matter is settled, and as such, the people must praise Him as evidence that they know this and it is settled in their minds.

When you know that something is settled, no one will force you to thank God, even when you haven’t seen it. You thank God for it because you know it is settled. Your abundance is settled. Praising God for it settles it in the spirit realm. Praising God for it puts you in the same state of mind and the same conviction with God. Praising God for something shifts the burden of performance away from you and puts it on God because He is obligated to deliver in the physical what He has received appreciation for. Or you don’t get that.

Think about this. If you call your son and promise to buy him his favourite toy on your way back from work, and he jubilates wildly, springs on you and hugs you like a baby bear, saying thank you, daddy, I love you, daddy, you’re the best dad in the world. Oh, thank you, daddy. Now, that day in school, he will be on top of the world, he will be high in expectation, seeing the toy already in his head. That day, he will do his classwork with unusual enthusiasm. He will even share that cheering news with pride with his friends.

Now, the burden of performance is not on him, it’s on you, the daddy; you must prove your integrity and make good your promise, not just because you said it, but because the boy has received it with Thanksgiving and adored you for it. You must because, to your child, the matter is settled. In his head, he is already picturing you, holding that toy and handing it to him. This video clip will play a thousand times on his head before you arrive because it is settled.

When you drive in from work in the evening and the child hears the sound of arrival, he is elated because the virtual image on his head is about to become reality. When you show up and you make good your promise, you have simply confirmed everything he has thought about you.

This analogy seems dramatic, right. But that’s exactly how it is when you praise God in anticipation of what He has promised to do. You are simply taking delivery of it and the burden of performance is not on you, it’s on him, because for you, it is settled. So then

5. Let the people praise thee, O God; Let all the people praise thee.

6. Then shall the earth yield her increase; And God, even our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, And all the ends of the earth shall fear him

Or please tell me, when the Lord Jesus was to multiply bread in John chapter 6 verse 11, Bible says

11. And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would

The first thing He did was to give thanks. He didn’t decree multiplication. He only gave thanks and then gave the bread to His disciples for the bread to be distributed. Hold on a second, we can safely say then that Thanksgiving is another word for multiplication. Because the only action Jesus took in the feeding of the 5,000 men was to Give Thanks and then gave the bread to the disciplines. In other words, the multiplication is settled and so, He gave thanks for it.

Today, I want to tell you something. If only you can understand that there’s nothing you want that God does not already have, no matter how big it seems. So when you believe God for abundance, do not think, oh because it is huge, then, God will require some extra efforts or power to get it done. No, all the abundance He will gush on you is already settled. Remember that He owns heaven and earth and all that is in it. When you thank God for it, you’re simply acknowledging that fact and you will surely receive it.

Thanksgiving is a way of accepting what God has already done and positioning yourself to take delivery of it. Say, Lord Jesus, My abundance is settled, it is done. I receive it and I thank you for it. With this Thanksgiving comes my multiplication, as it happened with Jesus. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

If you’re yet to receive him, then your Thanksgiving is that He’s ready to receive you. He has shed his blood for you and is ready to forgive your sins and accept you just the way you are. Isn’t that amazing? Say, Lord Jesus, I thank you for your saving grace. Thank you for dying for me. I receive your forgiveness for all my sins and I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Hallelujah, many thanks again for attending today’s LIFECLASS. Please tell someone about LIFECLASS. Sharing LIFECLASS is sharing the gospel of Jesus with someone. Remain blessed as you join again next time. Amen!

Today’s LIFECLASS is titled – Waiting for the rain

Now, have you ever wondered what the problem is? When maybe you have been hearing about God’s ability to rain his abundance on His people and yet you have not received yours. Today, I start with a strong proclamation – I unlock and release God’s Supernatural Gush of Abundance upon you and your household, And I command your heavens to open in the Name of Jesus. Amen!

The period of time between God’s release of something good and its actual manifestation in the life of His people is called the period of waiting. The length of that waiting period largely depends on the individual. A gush of Abundance is something that should happen within a very short time. Believe me, since we started this series, my eyes have been opened to some kingdom secrets and I’ve I’m experiencing that gush of Abundance in a new dimension. By now, you should be too. The wisdom we have learned so far in this series is quite a volume and I can only thank God for LIFECLASS.

However short the waiting period, there’s always a waiting period. Let me quickly debunk an erroneous thinking you may have had before now about that waiting period. Waiting for God’s manifestation of His abundance on you or His manifestation of anything at all in your life, for whatever reason is not God’s way of punishing you or teaching you a lesson. You can actually live a life where every day is like Christmas. No dry times, just celebrations every day. Don’t think it’s impossible. Just wait until it happens to you. The Bible says in John chapter 10 verse 10:

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

So you then see that if you’re presently not enjoying abundance, you have either not keyed into the revelation and practice of it, or you’re simply awaiting your rain.

See LIFECLASS, whether you like it or not, you have to wait. Waiting is a part of the process. Waiting is always a part of obtaining every promise made by God. I am still staying very closely with our anchor scripture 1 Kings Chapter 18, now flip again to verse 43 and 44. What I’m teaching you with every LIFECLASS series is to always look deeply into God’s word and milk it of every virtue it is loaded with, for you. Every line of scripture is laden with power. Zoom in closely at those two verses and see for yourself that Elijah stayed in the mount, praying with his head between his thigh while he instructed his servant to keep going to look towards the sea for any signs of rain and after each trip, the young man came back with a report that he had seen nothing. The first time, he gave that report; he was instructed to keep going. The man went back to check for the second time, the third time, 4th, 5th, 6th, and the 7th. Let me tell you something. It’s easy to read the Bible and gloss over it and celebrate the good outcomes and miracles we see. But then make it your habit to meditate on the process and magnify the summarized lines on your spirit. What do you think was on Elijah’s mind when the servant kept going and coming back with no positive result? He simply waited. But that hope was not a vain hope, it was a sure hope. You may want to also ask yourself. We do not even know the distance between the Mount Carmel where Elijah waited and the sea where he was supposed to go and check for the sign of rain. Of course, there were no phones or social media then to speed up communication. Elijah simply had to wait for him to return from every trip.

Meditating practically on God’s word is a spiritual waiting exercise that you must engage in to shorten your real life waiting period. If all you do is read the Bible and read many chapters and read daily devotionals, then you will be missing out on the action packed into God’s word. When you meditate i.e. think over and over on what you read, you release your abundance quickly. When you listen to one LIFECLASS episode once, you trigger an instant glow in your spirit, when you listen to it again, you begin to unlock the revelation behind it, then you listen again, this time opening the scriptures and putting them in context, then you see what you haven’t seen before. When you listen to a sermon, you do likewise.

Abundance is buried in God’s word, only those who wait patiently on God’s word unlock it. Please don’t run off at the point where you hear something that triggers faith in you in God’s word, that’s only the first stage. Go back again, to what you heard, or read and hear or read it again slowly, line upon line, precepts upon precepts. Or let me ask you, why you think we can take a single portion of scriptures, apparently just about 5 or 6 verses of that 1 Kings chapter 18 and for more than 1 month, we’ve been breaking our gush of Abundance with it. That’s what happens when you meditate on God’s word. Just stay there until something breaks forth.

Please don’t be deceived. There are no two ways to it. You either get what you want from God’s word or you fail to get it at all. Every other religious exercise is only helping you activate what you have seen in God’s word. If you see nothing, you get nothing! No Abundance.

The second part of this is to tell you that apart from waiting on God’s word, you have to also physically wait for your miracle to come. Yes, you heard me. You must wait for that abundance. Wait for that healing, for your baby to arrive, for that job, for that proposal to be approved. You must wait for that project to complete, you must wait for that idea to become a reality, believe me. You must wait! Or why do you think the Lord Jesus would instruct the disciples to make the people sit down when he wanted to feed them in John chapter 6 verse 10? Or what do you think sitting down had to do with multiplying by the bread? A lot, if you ask me. Hear it for yourself. John 6:10

10. And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.

11. And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.

These people were of course hungry. The secret about waiting is that during your waiting period, you learn how to use what you’re waiting for. That’s actually the biggest blessing in waiting. If the men rushed or were not orderly, twelve disciples will not be able to serve them. In verse 11, Jesus only thanked God for the multiplication to happen. If they were in a hurry and would not wait, Thanksgiving wouldn’t have made sense to them. The multiplication happened in the disciples’ hands, during the distribution. Remember I told you yesterday that you become a candidate for abundance when you deliberately make yourself a distributor of God’s grace and blessings, however small, rather than just be a receiver, managing what you have for yourself alone. That’s by the way.

Now, still on the subject of waiting, if the men were not sitting down, waiting patiently while only the disciples stood to serve, there would have been a mix-up and there would be no multiplication, or how do we distinguish the disciples who were anointed for the exercise from the men who were hungry to be fed?

But here’s where we get it wrong. Waiting does not mean, resigning emotionally and not doing anything because you’re waiting for something. When Elijah waited for his servant to bring good news, he was busy doing something. He prayed. Pray and give thanks while you wait. Also in Acts chapter 1 verse 4, the Bible says Jesus had commanded His disciples to wait in Jerusalem for the promise of the spirit. Then in verse 14, here’s what they did while waiting. The Bible says they all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication. So, you must pray and thank God while you wait. Never forget the reason you’re waiting.

Say, Lord Jesus, I thank you for this abundance that’s about to rain on me. I receive the grace to wait patiently for it. I will not hurry or wander out of your presence. I want abundance, but I want YOU more in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Would you like to be sure that you’re not waiting in vain? Then you need to come to Jesus today. He alone guarantees that your waiting will not be in vain. Besides, there’s a lot you’re missing by not submitting your will to Him. Or maybe you’ve been with him before but now you no more fellowship with him. Please say, Lord Jesus. I come to you today and I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. I release myself unto you. Please save me. I’m sorry for my sins and I receive your forgiveness from all of them. I receive grace to live in you In Jesus’ Name, Amen! Thank you Lord Jesus for today’s LIFECLASS. Hallelujah!

So everyone. Thank you for coming, join me next time for another LIFECLASS. Remain blessed in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

Many thanks for joining LIFECLASS again today. I know you’re always in class and Lord Jesus, we thank you for this opportunity to be in your presence always. Amen!

Just a few days ago, I asked you ‘what do you see?‘, then yesterday, the question was ‘what do you have for God to multiply?’, since the law of abundance is a law of exponential multiplication within a very short period of time. Today, there’s yet another question. Why Do You Want Abundance?

Dr. Myles Munroe once said, “when purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable”. With God, it is difficult to get anything when your motives are not appropriate. So at the beginning of this series, we explained that a gush of abundance is receiving a sudden outpour within a very short time. You must have thought, oh yes, bring it on. But in the actual sense of it, God will not bless anything that will not give Him glory or that will not lead to a blessing for others. God has not called us to be blessed. He has called us to be a blessing to others. Genesis chapter 12 verse 3 makes that clear. The last of those statements of blessing He made to Abram when He called him in Genesis Chapter 12 was when He said –

…In you shall all families of the earth be blessed.

That simply captures God’s intention for blessing Abraham

Have you noticed also that all the scriptures on abundance that I have shared in this series always has to do with one person receiving that abundance for other people? Or, you haven’t seen that all along, let’s check them together.

In 1 Kings Chapter 18 which has been our anchor scripture all this while, Elijah, King Ahab, and Elijah’s servant have been in the centre of birthing abundance of rain for the people of that country Israel, who had experienced complete drought and dryness for three and a half years. So, it wasn’t about Elijah the man of God nor Ahab the king. It was about the people. The love for their people is what drives them.

I ask you again. Why do you want abundance? If it’s all about you, then you need to change your thinking. You can be blessed, but when you talk of abundance, it is too much for one person. God will gush his abundance on you if He knows you’re going to be a channel of abundance to others. Stop and think about what I want to say now. If you’re only an employee of someone or some organization and you don’t have any abilities that make anyone look up to you for anything, then if you’re asking for abundance, your employer will get that abundance first before you. That’s because you’re only a receiver and not a distributor. God will bless your employer so you can get a salary raise.

But let’s say, even though you’re a salary earner, you have also deliberately created an enterprise around yourself, and some other people are able to put food on their table because of you. Let’s say, you have some children whose school fees you pay regularly or better still, let’s say you have a small business outfit somewhere and you have to pay monthly to put food on the tables of those who work for you. Abundance is never a blessing for one person. You need to commit to a course that will see you provide some people’s needs regularly or fund given to some good course. The more the people you position yourself to be a channel of blessing to, the more the abundance you’re entitled to. Every time God sends rain, He sees not one person, but several people who need such rain!

Do not wait until people deserve something from you before you lift them. Think very well about this. Abundance is not for those who live for themselves. It’s for those who have made themselves a fountain of good things for many others.

Again, let me prove this point from the overflow episode that happened when Jesus fed people in John chapter 6 verse 5 to 12. Before this scene, we didn’t hear that Jesus had to multiply anything to feed his twelve disciples. Can you imagine? One would have thought that twelve people is a good number to always feed them by multiplying one loaf of bread at least all the time. But no, they always bought their own food, as we read in John 4 verse 8, where the Bible says they went to the city to buy food.

But when Our Lord Jesus suddenly saw the need to feed 5,000 men, and He would certainly need to have a superfluous abundance to make that happen, then that exponential multiplication became necessary. There had to be a gush of abundance and so five loaves of bread and two dishes became multiplied to feed 5,000 people and there was an overflow, twelve baskets remained after everyone must have eaten and taken away. Hallelujah! So you see that abundance, or a gush of it, will not be released just for one person, not even for few people.

It is released instead onto one person, in other to take care of several people. So once again I ask you – why do you need abundance? How many people are you willing to be a blessing to? Think big to answer this question.

Say, Lord Jesus, let my life be a miracle that will feed thousands of people. Gush on me an abundance that will lift several out of poverty. Give me an abundance that will enlarge your kingdom.

Then take a bold step of faith. Stop living for yourself. Commit to raising other people. No matter how small you think you’re earning, some people wish they have what you have. So don’t live for yourself and your family alone. Spread out. Scatter abroad, you justify to God the reason you need that abundance. If it’s for you to live fine and large, then you don’t need abundance. But if God sees that you’ve made yourself a distributor of His grace and provision, then you qualify for it.

Finally, I’ll show you something that will amaze you. Before the release of  the abundance of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles in Acts chapter 2 verse 2, God had told them In Acts chapter 1 verse 8 very clearly, He says

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth

In other words, He’s telling them that ‘look here’, I’m poring this Holy Ghost power upon you, because I want you to transfer the grace of Jesus and be witnesses unto several people in several cities – Judea, Samaria and indeed the whole world. This abundance of the Spirit and power that is about to gush on you is actually too much for your personal use, it’s for the thousands of people you will have to minister to. Little wonder, those who preach the gospel and win souls for Jesus receive his abundance before others. Hallelujah!

So you see LIFECLASS, whatever form of Abundance you’re believing for – it’s not for your sake alone. It’s so God can make you a sure channel blessing to others. So for the last time in this class, I ask you again – why do you want abundance? Meditate in this for a while, then pull up a sheet of paper and write down your answer. Of course, by now, you know what your answer should look like. Then you need to take a step of faith and take on some responsibility and liability, be a distributor of God’s grace and blessing. even in your little way. Then when you ask for abundance, God will see your heart and approve of your gush, seeing that you need it to be a blessing to other people, especially people in His own kingdom.

Now, this while revelation will shock you. Joseph was a man that received an overnight abundance. Last night, he was a prisoner, then by this morning, he had become the most valuable man in Egypt. Hear it in his own words, in Genesis chapter 45 verse 7

And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.

Hallelujah! Did I just hear that? Even Joseph himself knew that the reason for his overnight gush of abundance was not about himself. He was saying “it was not really because of me, God sent me here and made me prime minister ahead of the economic team so that you will not die of hunger and become extinct”.

I pray that you become a channel of abundance to many people in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

But would you love to Join this family of grace and abundance, and settle in Jesus as a son? Abundance is for bonafide children of God and sin may lock you out of that. If you distribute to everyone, and your heart is not right with God, you may lose your reward after all. Come to Jesus Today, or rededicate your life to him to enjoy this abundance. Say, Lord Jesus, I come to you today. I’m sorry for my sins and I repent of them. I receive your grace and forgiveness. I accept you as my Lord and Saviour in Jesus’ Name. Thank you for dying on the cross to save me. I’m born again and free from today in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Hallelujah.

I’m happy for you. Let us know if you said that prayer. Visit our website: davidadeniji.com to share your story.

And that brings us to the end of another LIFECLASS today. Join us next time for another class. Remain blessed in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Hello LIFECLASS, We continue on our series – Gush Of Abundance. I would encourage you not to miss any of the remaining episodes in this series because it’s about to get even more revealing and life-changing in Jesus’ Name.

Today, I want to tell you that the law of abundance is a law of multiplication within a very short time. It’s interesting to know that God will multiply whatever you present to Him as your all, to produce abundance. I title today’s LIFECLASS – He Multiplies!

I have not left our anchor scripture in 1 Kings Chapter 18 verse 44. Oh dear, that scripture is loaded with virtue. I hope you always have your Bible with you while listening to LIFECLASS. Make sure you check the scriptures again. Before the end of the class, I will show you that the little cloud that Elijah’s servant saw in that 1 Kings 18:44,  very small like a man’s hand, that little cloud is what God multiplied to become abundance of Rain that poured on the city after three and a half years of dryness.

Hear this LIFECLASS, the law of abundance is simply put – a law of exponential multiplication within a very short time. Every little thing or virtue you have now will be multiplied by God to deliver your abundance. In the last LIFECLASS, I asked you, what do you see? Today, the question is – what do you have that God will multiply? Deuteronomy 28:12 says clearly that God will bless the works of your hands. The question is – what do you have in your hands that God will bless?

Let me remind you that LIFECLASS is not a motivational class; it’s instead a class for learning wisdom through God’s word and then receiving the power to be what God’s Word says about you. It’s the Place for people in the same class as God. The LifeClass. So, please these words you’re hearing are not ordinary. Since its God’s word, rooted in the scriptures, it’s laden with power. Sometimes I just thank God I’m receiving them first. Hahaha. Hallelujah! I’m happy you’re receiving it too.

So, hear it again, the law of abundance is the law of exponential (not geometric, but) exponential multiplication within a very short time. I’ve shown you that in 1 king Chapter 18 verse 44. Let me show you what God showed me in John chapter 6 verses 5 to 13

Very quickly, please flip over to John Chapter 6 verses 5 to 13.  In verse 5, The Lord Jesus deemed it fit to feed over five thousand people who had been with Him, listening to his words and one would have thought He would call forth the bread from nothing. But rather He needed something no matter how small, to multiple.

When the Bible says God calls forth those things that are not as though they were in Romans 4:17. He was quick to state there clearly that Abraham believed against all odds. Meaning that there was a raw material still. Faith however small was necessary. The Bible says in Luke 17 verse 6 that faith even if it’ll be as small as a mustard seed will remove a tree from its root and move into the sea. Again, I ask you for the second time. What do you have? Where’s your faith. Do you even believe in this abundance we’ve been talking about for almost one month? If you don’t, I’m sorry. But if you do, you need to take a step further. You need to provide God with something to multiply.

I return to John 6 verses 5 to 13. In verse 5, He asked them where they could get bread. No one had an answer. No bread shop can possibly have enough to feed five thousand (5,000) men not to mention women and children. And even if there was, Philip said, in the NIV version of that scripture that it would take more than six month’s salary to buy enough bread to give each person just one bite, let alone a healthy meal. In verse 8, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother drew their attention to a young boy who had five loaves, and two fishes. And boom, that was it! The Lord Jesus stopped asking them further questions. That’s something multipliable. The next instruction was – Let the men sit down and be orderly – expectant of abundance!

And in just a very short time, those five little loaves and two fishes had been multiplied to produce more than enough for Five thousand men to eat and take away. We know this of course, as there were even twelve baskets leftover.

This again confirms that the law of abundance is a law of multiplication within a very short time. So I put it to you again, that what do you have that you want God to multiply? If could be a talent, a gift, a stream of income, a spiritual gift or a seed you want to sow at least. if you’re believing for financial abundance. God will not multiply zero.

I will give you yet another example of this law of multiplication before I return to our anchor scripture. Let’s move quickly to 1 Kings 17:8 to 16. Here, we see that the widow at Zarephath was willing to give up what could have been her last meal for the man of God. And guess what? she did, and it never finished! The flour never finished, the oil kept flowing. That’s abundance. The man of God decreed multiplication on the remaining. You know I’ve told you earlier to get rid of that ‘It will soon finish’ mentality. This widow received her own abundance even during the three and a half year drought before God finally rained in the land in 1 Kings Chapter 18 verse 45. But let’s say she had nothing that could be multiplied, then that would have been her end.

See LIFECLASS, I need you to understand that your abundance will happen as fast as you want it. Close your eyes and tell God exactly what you want him to multiply. Say, Lord Jesus, I will glorify you with that multiplication, that abundance in Jesus’ Name. And please, make sure you mean what you’re saying.

But if you’re living without Jesus, then it’s dangerous. The devil will push to multiply sin and fear in your life. As you’ve heard this word, you can’t go back. Open your heart and dedicate or maybe re-dedicate your life to him.

Say Dear Lord, I’m sorry for my sins and I repent of them all. I receive your forgiveness. And I receive you into my heart as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for dying for me. I’m glad I’m free, in Jesus’ Mighty Name.

Thanks, everyone for joining the class today. Remain blessed as we meet in the next class in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Hello LIFECLASS, Good day. I’m always confident you’re in class and I can see you in my spirit. Ha, ha, many thanks for following. You can catch all previous episodes of LIFECLASS on our website – www.davidadeniji.com

Today, I want to tell you that the abundance you’re waiting for is a function of what you are seeing now with our eyes of faith. If you see nothing, then there’s no abundance.

Still, in that 1 Kings chapter 18 that we’ve been considering for some time now, over here in verse 44, we see that finally,  Elijah’s servant finally was able to see a sign of the coming abundance. Listen to that verse 44 and pay close attention.

  1. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.

Hear this LIFECLASS, the law of abundance Is the law of exponential multiplication within a very short time. Every little thing or virtue you have now can be multiplied by God to deliver your abundance. The question is – what do you have?

A few days ago, I told you to train yourself up in faith to see exactly what God is seeing about you. Training yourself in faith is a deliberate exercise and you need to do it well consciously by checking what God is saying about you and refusing to quit believing what he has shown you, even if it looks unrealistic

In 1 Kings Chapter 18 verse 44, That young man focused his attention of faith towards the sea as commanded and returned to check for any signs of rain for seven good times. Finally, he proclaimed he had seen a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. Again, let me pause and ask you again – What do you see?

In Jeremiah chapter 1, God did five things to get Jeremiah prepared for the task He had ahead of him. In verses 4 to 5, He told him about his ordination as a prophet to the nations. Then in verses 6 to 7, God corrected his poor perception about himself – He told him, “Stop saying you’re a child: for you shalt go to all that I shall send you, and whatever I command you to speak, you shall speak”.

In verse 8, he assured Jeremiah of his presence with him and in verse 9, He anointed his tongue. Finally, in verse 10, God spelled out Jeremiah’s mission for him – He said:

See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

But as if that was all, in verse 11, Jeremiah Got his biggest test in his ministry. Just one simple question, exactly what I’m asking you this morning today – JEREMIAH, WHAT DO YOU SEE?

In verse 44 of 1 Kings 18, Elijah’s servant after looking persistently onto the sea for a sign of the coming abundance, after focusing and going back there seven times, he finally said that a little cloud was formed in the sky, that looked like a man’s hand. Sounds rather strange, right, but at least he saw something. That is what God will multiply

In Jeremiah’s case after the education and impartation received from God in chapter 1 verses 4 to 10, God asked him the most critical question in verse 11 – Jeremiah, what do you see? I’m glad he saw something too – HE SAID – I see the rod of an almond tree. Sounds strange right? But he saw something and here in Jeremiah’s words – Jeremiah chapter 1 verse 11

  1. Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Did you just hear that? What a word: God says – YOU HAVE SEEN WELL – I will hasten my word to perform it. In other words, because you have at least seen something, you have given me something to work with and so, I will hasten all the words I have spoken to you, to bring them to pass.

And of course, I didn’t skip that, flip back to 1 Kings Chapter 1 verse 44 where Elijah’s servant had just seen a little cloud formed like a man’s hand. Now, hear what Elijah said upon hearing that: hear it again for yourself…

  1. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he ( that is, Elijah) said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not

Again LIFECLASS, what a word!. Did you just see that? The rain had not poured, all we had now was a little cloud forming like a man’s hand, yet Elijah made bold to proclaim to Ahab, that he better hurry up, or else that gush of abundant rain will get him soaked in the open. Elijah had been praying in Mount Carmel all this while and kept waiting for that young man to come up with something, to see something.

For the third time, LIFECLASS, let me ask you – what do you see? Please don’t be deceived, if you don’t look, you cannot see. What are you looking at? Be it physically and in God’s word. Be careful what takes your attention on social media. Sometimes, you have to switch off your data for some time to concentrate. Maybe for a while, you need to read the paper Bible and not the one on your phone so you can avoid these social media distractions.

What you see is what you will get. What are you seeing in God’s word? When you read the bible, what do you see? Is what you read in the Bible making any sense to you at all? If what you read in the Bible doesn’t make any meaning to you, then I know someone who has been there too. The Ethiopian Eunuch had the same problem in Acts 8 verses 26 to 38. But He kept looking at it until God sent him Philip and he was baptized. If you’ve already given your life to Jesus, then What you need is the Holy Ghost baptism. Now shout out loud. Lord I need your Holy Spirit baptism, Open my eyes, let me see in Jesus’ Name.

What is God telling you? What are the dreams you’re having? What do you always find interesting and you wish you can do something about them, even if it doesn’t make sense to you or to the people around you and they think you are speaking gibberish, or you can’t become it. It doesn’t matter, just write down. Joseph also saw himself as leader over his parents and brethren, he saw that much, and it came to pass.

Just like Elijah waited for that young man to see some something before he proceeded, we will have to wait until you see something – in his word, in your spirit – until you have a vision of what you really want – we will wait until you see something tangible before tour abundance can gush. So what do you see? Let me give you an exercise. Always move around with a pen and paper, expecting to see something, to hear something, to perceive something. When you hear sermons, pay attention, when gentiles speak, pay attention, when you see people agitate, pay attention. God can speak to you through ordinary circumstances. When you sleep, put that paper beside you. Wait for your word.

Recite this with me: Please pay attention to every word. It’s your prayer for today:
Habakkuk chapter 2 verse 1 to 4

  1. I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
  2. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
  3. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry – In Jesus Name

The good news is: God is probably already showing you something, but you aren’t paying attention. He’s already showing you who to get married to, but you’re ignoring the signs. He may already be pointing you in one direction, but you insist on going in the direction of your B.sc or your degree. Please humble yourself and pay attention.

Today, you will see what he’s already showing you, and your abundance will come speedily in Jesus’ Name.

If you haven’t given your life to Jesus, then you may not see anything. And if you aren’t seeing what God had to show you, abundance is far away. It’s the truth. The Bible says he reveals things to us by His spirit. And His spirit is for his sons. Say, Lord Jesus, I come to you today and I’m sorry for my sins. I receive your forgiveness and I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for saving me in Jesus’ Name. Amen. Oh, I congratulate you.

Thanks, everyone for joining today’s LIFECLASS. Join me again tomorrow in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
